GrandCare was established in 2003 with the mission to deliver in-home rehabilitation that patients deserve, physicians’ trust, payers’ value, and employees’ are proud of. The GrandCare team consists of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Registered Nurses, CHHAs, Speech Therapists, Sales Professionals and Office Staff. The Benefits of Working With Us

Our Benefit Plan is designed around the CAPLICO value of “customer second.” The plan offers you a variety of benefit choices, providing you with the flexibility to create a benefit plan that meets you and your family’s health and wellness needs based on how you utilize benefits while maximizing the value of the shared cost partnership between you and GrandCare.

You are eligible for health care and insurance coverage, including 401(k), if you work 32 or more hours per week as a full-time employee. Your eligible dependents may also be enrolled in most coverages, including voluntary plans. Part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30-31 hours are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and 401(k) coverage. Part-time employees working under 30 hours per week, Per Diem employees are eligible for 401(k) once they work 1,000 hours in an anniversary year.
