Meet The Leadership Team
Dr. David Bell
Chief Executive Officer
David Bell has over 20 years of experience as a CEO, President and board member for private equity owned businesses. Prior to joining GrandCare, David was the President at MCC Water, TestAmerica EMLAB and TestAmerica Drilling. David also created two of the most widely used birdwatching apps in the world.
Arsi Megherdich, RN
Vice President of Operations Corporate Administrator
Arsineh Megherdich has over 12 years of experience in healthcare and 8 years in leadership. Arsineh has been with GrandCare since 2012 and started off as a field nurse and worked her way up to Director of Patient Care Services, Corporate Administrator, and now Vice President of Operations. She has hired her entire operations team, and they are all still working by her side.
Patricia Suarez
Vice President of corporate development
Patricia Suarez has over 20 years of health care leadership experience, principally directing business development, integrated marketing, and revenue growth strategies. Prior to GrandCare Health, Patricia held multiple executive positions with acute health facilities and medical groups, including Pipeline Health System where she led physician recruitment, product line expansion, and managed care alignment and integration. She holds a BS from U.C. Berkeley and has been recognized for her leadership in business and creative marketing by City of LA, Diversity Inc., and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Jessica McCarthy
Chief of staff
Jessica McCarthy has over 15+ years of experience as an innovative leader in healthcare. Prior to GrandCare Jessica was the Vice Present of Operations at Integrated Rehab Consultants, Regional Vice President at HealthPro Heritage and Owner of Mosaic Care Management.
Dave Hebeda
Finance Director
Dave Hebeda has over 20 years of senior finance leadership experience. Prior to joining the GrandCare team, Dave was the Chief Financial Officer for Integrated Rehab Consultants and Corporate Controller at Vein Clinics of America. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in BA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Bill Chui
Chief financial officer
Bill Chui has over 15 years of experience in financial analysis. Prior to joining GrandCare, Bill was the Director of Analytics at Oversee.net, Senior Manager at Yahoo! and Strategic Planner at Westfield.
Anne Danner, RN
Operations director
Anne Danner has over 20 years of experience as a leader of large national healthcare operations. Prior to joining GrandCare, Anne was the National Director of Nursing at Option Care, VP of Nursing at Crescent Healthcare and Regional Clinical Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services.
